Plans & billing
- Monthly plans can be cancelled and remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Yearly plans are paid upfront and cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind.
- All prices are in AUD and include any applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Orders & payments
- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
- We may contact you to verify details or request updates if information is incomplete.
- Pre-order availability and delivery dates may change due to manufacturing or logistics updates.
Shipping timelines
Thrive Band: Ships late March 2026.
Thrive Watch GE30: Ships within 14 days.
Thrive Watch GE50: Ships within 14 days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary by location and carrier capacity.
Returns, refunds & ACL
- Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply to all purchases.
- If a device is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL.
- Change-of-mind refunds are not offered for subscription services. Device returns for change of mind may be accepted if unopened and in original condition within 14 days.
- Report delivery damage or missing items within 7 days of receipt so we can investigate with the carrier.
