1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Use of the app constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to use the Thrive application for personal, non-commercial health monitoring and wellness management. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
3. Medical Disclaimer
The Thrive application provides general wellness information and is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
4. Data Privacy
Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data to provide personalized wellness insights as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Limitations
In no event shall Thrive or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Thrive's application.
7. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Thrive's application shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
